 Brandt A. - Visionary 

After graduating with a Degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, Brandt got started in property management by investing in his own rental property. He understands on a very personal level how important these assets are to each owner. He also realizes that good property management is the key to a successful real estate investment. Brandt bought his first rental property in 1999 and has since owned more than 100 rental properties throughout the years. With his extensive experience and knowledge including being a licensed general contractor, he makes a quality partner who understands the challenges and opportunities of owning real estate.

Fun Fact: Brandt grew up 1 of 7 Children. 

 

 

 Jodi Konar - Property Manager

As Property Manager, Jodi Konar oversees the day to day needs of property owners and tenants. She is a great multi tasker and understands all the challenges that come with managing properties.

Jodi began in real estate as a Leasing Specialist for a Multi-Family property and quickly moved on to managerial roles.

Jodi has worked in many different positions within the rental and real estate industry. She has  a wealth of knowledge, and thrives as a Property Manager because it gives her the ability to utilize her skills, and presents new challenges daily.

Fun Fact: Jodi and her family spend as much time as possible outdoors and kayak the White River almost every weekend when in season.

 

Teri Russell - Assistant Property Manager

As Assistant Property Manager, Teri brings her knowledge of the rental industry, after being in Apartment Management for over 10 years.   She had gotten out of the business to raise her three children, two daughters and one son that she has raised as a single mom for 12 years.  She has always had a passion for Property Management and strives to utilize her skills and knowledge of the day-to-day process of the position.  She has been a great addition to our team by providing hands on customer service, her great multitasking skills allowing for increased productivity and increased customer satisfaction.

Fun fact:  Teri grew up in the country and she is deathly afraid of snakes and heights.  She has a passion for decorating, redecorating and fashion.  

 

 

 Rachel P. - Accountant

With degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Brigham Young University, Rachel brings financial peace of mind. Being involved in the daily activities of the business, she makes sure the books are in order and accurately done to provide timely financial reporting. She is also an Enrolled Agent (EA), a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation to help navigate the business through the ever-changing tax laws. She is an invaluable resource for the company and our investors.

Fun Facts: Rachel is an Accounting Ninja and appreciates the beauty of filled out excel spreadsheets.
